Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
Domestic Shipping (United States):

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
86 Threads is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
86 Threads is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
86 Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and shipping carrier information. We encourage customers to contact the shipping carrier directly for further investigation.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact the carrier using your tracking number

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@86threads.com. We can only modify addresses if your order has not yet been processed for shipment.
